If you're not happy with your ice roller for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

2. Include the reason for your return
3. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours

REFUND PROCESSING:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Item must be unused and in original packaging

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
